Golden Hour Garden Party
Harbor + Union threw open its doors for the Golden Hour Garden Party, an evening built for the people who build events. Planners, coordinators, and industry pros moved through the historic space discovering styled setups from our top-tier vendor partners, sipping signature cocktails, and taking home gifts they made themselves. Part showcase, part celebration, it was a night designed to prove what the venue can do by simply letting people experience it.

The story
Most venue tours involve an empty room and a lot of imagination. The Golden Hour Garden Party took the opposite approach. Harbor + Union invited event planners, coordinators, and industry professionals to spend an evening in a fully realized event, one where every corner of the historic space was styled, staffed, and running exactly as it would for a client.
The evening was built around golden hour and leaned into it. Guests moved through inspired setups installed throughout the venue, each one a working example of what the space becomes in the right hands. Signature cocktails and seasonal bites circulated. Conversations started over design details and kept going long past them.
The vendor lineup was the heart of it. Olivia Fortune handled floral décor, G Catering curated the food and beverage program, and guests got hands-on at a DIY Bouquet Bar from Morgan's Florals, a Bandana Bar from Memento & Muse, and a pottery painting station from Third Coast Clay. Mack Hatcher Events supplied tables and linens. Nobody left empty-handed, the gifting was designed so every guest walked out with something they'd made or chosen themselves.
Harbor + Union handled it end to end: full-service event planning and design, catering and beverage curation with G Catering, event staffing and logistics, custom gifting management, and on-site production and styling. The point wasn't just to host a good party. It was to show the exact level of execution a client gets when they book the space.
For a room full of professionals who plan events for a living, that's the most persuasive pitch there is, not a description of what's possible, but a night spent inside it.
